• When you use the service (after launch): account details, the website and Search Console data you connect, and billing information handled by our payment provider.
• Website analytics: aggregated, cookie-free statistics only.

Why we use it

To answer your requests, provide the service you subscribe to, send invoices and meet legal obligations. We never sell your data.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active, then deleted within 12 months, except where the law requires longer retention (for example invoices).

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by writing to contact@ultimaseoai.com. You may also contact your data protection authority (the CNDP in Morocco).

Processors

Hosting (LWS), payments (our merchant of record), email delivery and AI model providers process data only to deliver the service.
