Terms of sale

1. Service

Ultima SEO AI is a subscription software service that suggests, drafts and, with the customer's approval, publishes content on the customer's website, plus technical SEO audits and tracking.

2. Free trial

New customers get a 3-day free trial limited to 3 articles and 1 site. A payment method is required. The subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled; a reminder is sent the day before.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page in USD, EUR or MAD. Payments, taxes and invoices are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record.

4. Our commitments on SEO practices

  • We never buy, sell or exchange links on the customer's behalf.
  • Nothing is published without the customer's approval.
  • AI-assisted content is disclosed as such.
  • We cannot guarantee specific rankings or traffic, which depend on search engines.

5. Cancellation

Customers can cancel at any time from their dashboard. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

6. Content ownership

Articles published on the customer's site belong to the customer.

7. Founders offer
